We work hard to make family dental care surprisingly affordable. Krasowski Dental will work with you to design a comfortable payment plan for all treatments. Personal checks, cash, and major credit cards are welcome. Krasowski Dental also makes handling insurance easy. We process the paperwork so you don’t have to.
In order to provide you with the highest quality of dental care on a sound business basis, we provide our patients with an estimate of fees and arrange for a payment schedule. By establishing a clearly defined method of payment, we hope to eliminate confusion and simplify insurance claims. So that we will both have a definite understanding, please select the payment option that is most appropriate for your budget.
Option 1: Major Credit Card- We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. This alleviates receiving monthly statements from our office and it allows for a fast and easy checkout.
Option 2: Cash or Check
Option 3: Extended Payment Plan. Dental Fee Plan – Monthly payments are an option through Care Credit. The Care Credit payment plan allows our clients to finance up to 12 months interest free. Pre-approval is required for Care Credit financing. If you would like to apply before your visit, go to carecredit.com. Our office staff would be more than willing to assist you in the application process.
Krasowski Dental provides the courtesy of submitting your dental or medical services to your insurance company. It is still your responsibility to know your insurance plan, your dental benefits, what is/is not covered, deductible, etc. We are not responsible for benefit plans that do not pay or pay late. We will provide you with estimates prior to treatment. It is important that the appropriate financial arrangements are made ahead of time. We realize that emergencies can occur. Should an unforeseen situation prevent you from making a prearranged payment, please contact our office to avoid the possibility of a misunderstanding.
