We work hard to make family dental care surprisingly affordable.
Krasowski Dental will work with you to design a comfortable
payment plan for fees not covered by insurance. Personal
checks and major credit cards are welcome. Krasowski Dental
also makes handling insurance easy. We process the paperwork
so you don't have to.
In order to provide you with the highest quality of dental
care on a sound business basis, we provide our patients
with an estimate of fees and arrange for a payment schedule.
By establishing a clearly defined method of payment, we
hope to eliminate confusion and simplify insurance claims.
so that we will both have a definite understanding, please
select the payment option that is most appropriate for your
budget.
Option1: Extended Payment Plan
Dental Fee Plan - The Dental Fee Plan payment
plan allows our patients to finance $1000 to $25,000. The
payment plans range from a fixed monthly APR of 9.99% to
12.99%. Monthly payment options range from 18 months to
60 months, and payments can be as low as $80 to $115 depending
on the amount financed. Pre-approval is required for Dental
Fee Plan financing.
Care Credit - The Care Credit payment plan
allows our patients to finance $300 - $2500 interest free
for up to 12 months, and fees over $2500 may be financed
for up to 48 months at a fixed monthly APR of 12.96%. Pre-approval
is required for Care Credit Financing.
Option 2: Major Credit Card
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Our office
offers Express VIP checkout. By filling out a simple form,
our office can transfer all dental care charges to the Master
Card, Visa or American Express account of your choice. This
alleviates receiving monthly statements from our office
and it allows for a fast and easy checkout.
Option 3: Cash 3% Accounting Reduction
Available on all fees when paid prior to, or on the day
of treatment. This is our way of saying Thank You to all
of our patients that pay for that day's services with cash
or a check.
All services performed that are $200 or under are payable
on the day the services provided.
For our patients with dental insurance, we are pleased
with care you have selected. Your care is an important relationship
with us. Your insurance coverage is a contract between you
and your insurance company. Therefore, you are directly
responsible to us for the obligation of payment for treatment.
We will do our utmost to help you derive the maximum benefits
to which you are entitled.
We realize that emergencies can occur. Should an unforeseen
situation prevent you from making a prearranged payment,
please contact our office to avoid the possibility of a
misunderstanding.
